Waterproof membrane system

We only use the best car park surface materials including surface coatings and resurfacing painting, surface protection, car park waterproofing and highly visible line marking systems. We instal three main types of specialist car park resin flooring materials for car parking structures. The surface materials used depend on required life expectancy, temperature, time constraints, budgets, area or location of the car park. Floor type one - MMA Fast Cure Acrylic systems. For use where speed is essential. Once installed this can be driven on with full traffic within 2 hours. Can be used on all levels throughout the car park, when minimum downtime is essential. Floor material type 2- polyurethane systems. Similar to MMA but offers a cost saving. This product is slower in curing but offers the same life expectancy and performance characteristics. Mainly used on Roof levels or exposed areas to provide a hard wearing flexible waterproof membrane.

Floor material type 3- epoxy systems. Mainly used for all the internal areas where no waterproof membrane is required. This offers cost savings for these lower levels yet still provides to performance required.All the car park flooring systems and materials are available in a range of contrasting colours to define parking spaces, roadways, walkways, lines and arrows etc. All material options are also laid with the correct degree of slip resistance to suit the area and the systems are made thicker at turning circles and ramps to create longer lasting performance.
